Before the birth of the Prophet Muhammad SAW.

King Abraha came from Yemen to Mecca.

He and his troops rode elephants to attack the Kaaba.

On the way to Mecca, Abraha’s soldiers seized the people’s property, including Abdul Muttalib’s camels.

Abdul Muthalib prayed that the Kaaba would be safe from destruction.

Allah SWT then sent ababil birds to save the Kaaba.

The birds carried small stones.

Then, they pelted Abraha’s elephant troops with the stones they were carrying.

Glory be to Allah SWT The strong elephant troops were powerless against the attacks of the ababil birds.

The elephants fell to the ground.

Features of the Kaaba

  • Every night Allah SWT looked at the earth, and the first thing He saw were the inhabitants of the Grand Mosque, where the Kaaba building is located.
  • Allah SWT sent down 120 mercy for 24 hours in the Kaaba.
  • The Kaaba is the oldest place of worship on earth which was built during the time of Prophet Adam and always radiate positive energy around him.
